Flat rolled aluminum products and solutions

Elval, the aluminium rolling division of ElvalHalcor, holds a significant position in the global defence sector, providing flat rolled aluminium for a variety of applications. These include naval ships, unmanned surface vessel (USV), armoured vehicles, anti-ballistic missile systems, and mobile operations rooms. 

Elval has supplied specialised defence projects across numerous countries, establishing itself as a key supplier for various defence-related naval programs and coast guard initiatives. Specifically for US Navy programs,
Elval has delivered over 25,000 tons of aluminium, supporting the construction of diverse defence vessels, including the development of specialised alloys for aircraft carriers. 

Additionally, Elval contributed to the construction of the unconventional warfare naval vessels Okyalos and Agenor. 
 
Elval manufactures plates and sheets from specialised aluminium alloys for the armour market and has recently initiated a program focused on the development of aerospace alloys for the aviation sector.
