ElvalHalcor’s distinction at the “HRIMA Business Awards 2022” 2nd place in the category “Best Company”

 
ElvalHalcor received 2nd place in the “Best Company” category award during the Award Ceremony of the “Business Awards HRIMA 2022” which took place on Friday February 10, 2023 thus reaffirming its distinctive position among the companies that support the Greek economy and contribute to the development of the Stock Exchange market.
 
This distinction highlights ElvalHalcor’s dynamic growth, especially considering the opportunities created by the mega trends of circular economy, energy transition and urbanization related to the growing demand for innovative and sustainable aluminium and copper products and solutions.

Accepting the Award on behalf of the company, Spyros Kokkolis, ElvalHalcor’s Chief Financial Officer stated that: “2022 was yet another successful year for our company, with the maturing of our recent major investments having increased our production capacity, at a time when global demand for aluminium and copper products increases rapidly, driven by the global sustainability mega-trends”.

Moreover, Spyros Kokkolis noted that: “Our focus on quality and our long term commitment to sustainability and responsible operation principles, has lead us to the top position among copper tubes manufacturers and the 2nd  position in terms of aluminium hot rolling capacity in Europe” emphasizing that all the above would have not been possible without the talent, the top level expertise, the commitment and inexhaustible enthusiasm of ElvalHalcor’s people, to whom he dedicated the award.
