Every year, Elval implements significant investments in equipment and know-how, to improve its production capacity.

We have a dedicated in-house Research, Development and Technology Department that allows us to develop unique solutions and value-added aluminum products for our customers. We believe that innovation is not only critical to our current success as a business, but also ensures the long-term sustainability of our products and operations. Understanding customers’ high expectations, Elval’s r Research, Development and Technology Department (always in collaboration with the customer) proposes and develops new innovative products as high-tech solutions for the specific applications being requested. In addition, it makes well-documented proposals about how to improve Elval’s production methods, to improve the quality of end products. Elval’s onsite Technology Center (housed in our facilities at Oinofyta) is the cornerstone of our innovative solutions. This team of multidisciplinary specialists provides customers with fast track access to R&D in product design, process innovation and technical support.







Strategic and research collaborations

To promote research and the development of new technologies in the aluminium sector, to improve our products and to meet modern requirements, hawse have developed partnerships at national and international level with various universities and acclaimed research centres abroad, such as the University of Manchester, and also collaborate with expert advisors (in Europe and America). One indicative example of this is Elval’s partnership with the Hellenic research centre for metals (Elkeme).

Customer satisfaction

Our goal is to maintain our high customer satisfaction levels and therefore cultivate long-term relationships of trust and mutual beneficial cooperation.
We monitor and record our customer satisfaction levels in a systematic and organised manner. Every two years, we conduct a “customer satisfaction survey”. Through this survey, Elval seeks to know its points of superiority and possibly any points of inefficiency and improve the quality of products and services to its customers. This survey also includes questions regarding our sustainability and related issues.
